Application purpose

Velora Calendars is an online appointment scheduling application for local service businesses (salons, clinics, tutors, gyms, and similar providers). The purpose of this application is to help business owners accept, manage, and remind customers about appointments online.

Velora Calendars allows business owners to:

• Create a business account and receive a public booking page
• Define services, working hours, and booking rules
• Accept customer appointments through a shareable link or website embed
• Manage bookings from a secure dashboard
• Send WhatsApp and email confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices
• Optionally connect Google Calendar to avoid double-booking and sync confirmed appointments
• Optionally sign in or sign up with Google (Continue with Google)

Customers book through a business booking link. Customers do not need a Velora Calendars account.

How Velora Calendars uses Google user data

Velora Calendars requests Google user data only when a business owner chooses to use Google Sign-In or connects Google Calendar. We use Google user data as follows:

• Google Sign-In: to verify the owner's identity (email and basic profile) and to sign in or create a Velora Calendars business account
• Google Calendar (optional): to read free/busy times, create calendar events for confirmed bookings, and delete or update those events when bookings are cancelled or rescheduled

Velora Calendars does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising. Owners can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings.
