Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Velora Calendars (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Velora Calendars provides online appointment scheduling tools for businesses, including public booking pages, an owner dashboard, WhatsApp and email notifications, optional Google Calendar sync, and embeddable booking widgets. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a business account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or spam activity.
  • Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service beyond permitted API or embed usage.
  • You are responsible for the content of messages and bookings you send to customers, and for complying with messaging and privacy laws in your region (including WhatsApp / telecom rules).

4. Customer data & communications

When customers book with you, you instruct us to process their booking details and to send notifications on your behalf. You represent that you have a lawful basis to contact customers via WhatsApp and email.

5. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties such as Twilio (WhatsApp), Gmail/Nodemailer (email), and Google (Calendar). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms and policies. Google Calendar connection is optional; disconnecting it does not cancel your Velora Calendars account.

6. Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every third-party message (WhatsApp/email) will be delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora Calendars and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, bookings, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated via the website or email when appropriate.
